This website is operated by Sergio De Gregorio, sole trader and founder, an independent technology consultant based in the United Kingdom. I act as the data controller for any personal information collected through this site.

What we collect and why

This website is currently a placeholder page. We do not collect any personal information directly through this site — there are no forms, accounts, logins, or input fields.

When you visit, our content delivery and security provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes your IP address and sets the strictly-necessary security cookies listed below to protect the service from abuse.

Legal basis

We process your personal information under legitimate interest (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and EU GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) — to respond to enquiries you initiate and to provide services you request. We have assessed that this processing is necessary, proportionate, and does not override your fundamental rights or freedoms.

This website does not use marketing, analytics, or advertising cookies. The only cookies set are strictly necessary for security:

Cloudflare (__cf_bm, cf_clearance) — used by our content delivery and security provider to distinguish humans from bots and prevent abuse. Strictly necessary; no consent required under UK PECR / EU ePrivacy.
Cloudflare Turnstile — a privacy-respecting alternative to CAPTCHA used on forms to confirm you are not an automated script. No cross-site tracking.

Who receives your data

We share your information only with the following categories of service providers, and only to the extent necessary to deliver the services described above:

Content delivery and security provider (Cloudflare, Inc. — based outside the UK/EEA; transfers covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum)
Hosting and infrastructure providers (EEA-based)

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal information for marketing purposes, with data brokers, or with any third party not listed above.

International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom and European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards: the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), the UK International Data Transfer Addendum (IDTA), and adequacy decisions where applicable.

How long we keep your data

No personal data is collected by us through this site. If we add forms or interactive features in future, this policy will be updated and you will be notified at the point of collection.
Security and server logs: retained by infrastructure providers in accordance with their own retention policies.

You can request earlier deletion at any time (see “Your rights” below).
